Carruth Cellars Wines presents:
2007 Pinot Noir, Mendocino County, California
A very unique grape was chosen by Carruth Cellars to produce this premiere vintage of Pinot Noir. Mendocino County offers unique grape growing conditions and the Alexander Valley is famous for the Pinot harvests. Carruth Cellars was fortunate to locate viticulturist, Guy Gray of Ukiah area and he provided the perfect Pinot Noir grapes.
These exceptional Pinot grapes were imported to the Solana Beach Winery on Cedros where they were artfully crushed, barreled, aged and bottled. The winemaker, Adam Carruth, has created results that are nothing short of exceptional. Under Adam's care this 2006 Pinot harvest has produced a rich, medium bodied wine that delivers a bright bouquet of tastes and flavors. For more information about this unique Mendocino County Pinot Noir please see the pdf document below.
